The Paper Bag Players at Home

Virtual Family Performance

Family

Sunday, May 17, 2020
11 am – 12 pm
Zoom

Ages 3 to 8

Just before our scheduled performance with The Paper Bag Players in mid-March the Museum closed along with many NYC institutions. We have decided to bring a uniquely crafted experience online for families with this beloved theater group.

The Paper Bag Players at Home with the JM, will capture several members of the Bags sharing songs, stories, and luckily charming props which may be found in their homes. During the program families will also be invited to create with The Paper Bag Players using materials such as cardboard, paper bags, (of course) and more. Join us for this special virtual experience with the Bags and an exciting opportunity to enjoy them together as a family.

Materials to gather for program:

Big piece of paper, newspaper, or paper bag cut open
Cardboard box
Tape
Scissors
Crayons or markers
Random collage or decorative paper
Blank sheet of paper
Pencil

If you have a question ahead of the program you would like to ask the Bags, email: paperbag@thepaperbagplayers.org. They might answer your question during the event!

Register in advance for this free webinar.

This event will take place in webinar format, which does not enable audience cameras to ensure the protection/privacy of families.
